Request for Expressions of Interest: Regular Cleaning of Amenities Block

The Dungog Common Recreation Reserve is a premier cultural and adventure recreation destination in the Hunter and Barrington region. It includes its acclaimed Dungog Mountain Bike Park and spaces for a range of other recreational activities including bushwalking, trail running and horse riding.

The Opportunity

Dungog Community Projects Limited is the appointed Crown Land Manager for the Reserve. We wish to engage a contract cleaner to service the amenities block on the Common. The block consists of showers and toilets, which need to be cleaned, re-stocked, and any maintenance issues need to be reported. The result of the servicing should be that the amenities block is clean, hygienic and available to visitors.

Criteria:

·       Available to do servicing of amenities block Fridays, Saturdays and either Monday or Tuesday.

·       Previous experience of quality and reliable cleaning services, including referees

·       Weekly rate for servicing

·       Call out fee for extra service

Pricing should be for the service costs, including cleaning products and equipment. Toilet paper and soap supplies will be reimbursed separately.
