A Community RECREATION rESERVE

The Dungog Commoners Inc. was formed as a group of like-minded people to help establish the sustainability of the Common. The ultimate aim was to have the Dungog Common managed by a Community Trust. This was achieved in February 2014, with the formation of The Dungog Common Recreation Reserve - Reserve Number 1038088.

The Dungog Common Reserve is currently managed by a Board of Crown Land Managers for the purpose of environmental and heritage protection, public recreation, rural services and tourist facilities.
